For project management and SOP
I’ve tried just about every project management software, from paid to free. Notion is the only one that gives me the perfect balance of flexibility and structure. I’ve even started using it for household chore and other life things, as a ‘second brain’ and I’m never looking back.
Loom
For presentations and video WALKTHROUGHS
I record all of my presentations, and detailed walkthroughs for my clients. This keeps both of our schedules free and allows me to make sure I cover all of the important details my clients need to know.

for on the go social media design
When I need to post an update I go to my Canva app on my phone and update one of my brand templates. It’s easy to use and I can share templates with my clients to make sure they’re always putting their best foot forward (and not using off brand templates from the Canva library).
Squarespace
for website, blog, & shop
I’ve tried lots of platforms and Squarespace is my go-to platform to create websites that are user-friendly for my clients. Easily make updates when you need to without needing a developer or designer at the drop of a hat.
